February 1	T-Ball / Baseball /Softball Registration Begins at all Parks Carson Park is closed until December 2012.
February 10	Teen Fun Night @ Hemingway Park
February 17	Youth Valentine's Dance (Ages 8 - 11) 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. @ Scott Park - Gym
February 24th @ Dominguez Park
February 25	FREE Softball Clinic (Ages 8 - 14) 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. @ Stevenson Park
	PARK RECYCLING PROGRAM The first phase of the park recycling program is rolling out this week. The phase consists of new bins being placed inside recreation facilities next to all vending machines for the sole purpose of bottle and can recycling.
	CARSON PARK RENOVATION The project will take one year to complete, including the addition of a gymnasium, meeting room, office space, renovation of the multipurpose fields, and expansion of the parking facilities. This step-by-step reading program is designed to engage young children in developing good reading skills.
