APPROVE
amending Condition 2a of the recommendations approved by the Carson
Redevelopment Agency on March 16, 2004 with regard to the request for financial
assistance from Advanced Machine Stretchform International (AMSI) to read as
follows:

"a. Execution of and acceptable back-up funding
agreement between a bank willing to provide a Letter of Credit (LOC) and the
Agency in the event of an LOC call by the LACCDC. Said funding agreement shall be interest only
for a minimum of one year."
