OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA RELATING TO GENERAL LAW CITIES."

approximate amount of $80,950, in accordance with Elections Code Section
13001(a).

by $12,000, for an amended contract total of $65,324.50.

APPROPRIATE
$12,000 from the unreserved, undesignated general fund balance to Account No.
01505400036004 (City Manager's Office - Public Information - Operations -
Professional Services) to cover the additional costs to be incurred during the
remaining contract period.
