ITEM NO. (21)                    AWARD A PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR ONE ½-TON PICK-UP TRUCK WITH EXTENDED CAB (ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES)

RECOMMENDATION for the City Council:

1.                  AWARD a purchase contract for one ½-ton pick-up truck to Century Chevrolet in the amount of $19,827.74, with cash discount terms of $500 to be deducted from the final invoice when paid within 20 days of receipt of the vehicle for a final purchase price of $19,327.74
