a purchase order to Berryman & Henigar in the amount of $14,800 to prepare
documentation as needed for the recently authorized Project No. 890: Community Center East Wing Improvements
litigation.

APPROPRIATE
$14,800 from the unreserved, undesignated Project Area No. 1 fund balance to
cover the cost of the recommended purchase order
