ITEM NO. (6)                      PROJECT NO. 890: COMMUNITY CENTER EAST WING LITIGATION CONSULTING SERVICES PURCHASE ORDER AUTHORIZATION AND FUNDING APPROPRIATION (DEVELOPMENT SERVICES)

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:

TAKE the following actions:

1.                  AUTHORIZE a purchase order to Berryman & Henigar in the amount of $14,800 to prepare documentation as needed for the recently authorized Project No. 890:  Community Center East Wing Improvements litigation.

2.                  APPROPRIATE $14,800 from the unreserved, undesignated Project Area No. 1 fund balance to cover the cost of the recommended purchase order

ITEM NO. (7)                      EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT (ENA) BETWEEN THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND VICTORIA CARSON HOMES, LP (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT)

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:

TAKE the following actions:

1.                  APPROVE the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Victoria Carson Homes, LP.

2.                  AUTHORIZE the Executive Director to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the Agency Attorney.
