ITEM NO. (5)                        REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT (ENA) WITH JOE BOWMAN TRUST FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 542 E. CARSON ST. (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT)

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:

TAKE the following actions:

1.                  APPROVE an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Joe Bowman Trust for acquisition of property located at 542 E. Carson Street.

2.                  AUTHORIZE the Executive Director to execute the Agreement after approval as to form by the Agency Counsel.

ACTION:

ITEM NO. (6)                        REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND FOR SIXTY DAYS AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT WITH THE ACEVEDO GROUP RELATED TO THE SALE OF A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 616 E. CARSON ST. (PROJECT AREA 4) (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT)

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:

1.                  APPROVE a 60-day extension for the Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the Acevedo Group for the sale of a portion of property located at 616 E. Carson Street, Carson, California.

ITEM NO. (7)                        REAPPROPRIATION OF OPEN PURCHASE ORDERS AT JUNE 30, 2004 (ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES)

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:

1.                  REAPPROPRIATE funds to the account numbers detailed in Exhibit No. 1.
