as Exhibit "B" to the resolution.

WAIVE
further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 05-33, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESIGN
OVERLAY REVIEW NO 869-04."
