further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 07-33, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CARSON REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AND HREG GENESIS, CARSON, LLC, FOR AN AGENCY LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $5
MILLION TO IMPROVE A PORTION OF THE SOUTH BAY PAVILION PROPERTY LOCATED IN
CARSON, CALIFORNIA, BOUNDED BY AVALON BOULEVARD, DOMINGUEZ STREET, LEAPWOOD
AVENUE AND DEL AMO BOULEVARD."

the Agency Chairman to execute the First Amendment to the Owner Participation
Agreement by and between the Carson Redevelopment Agency and HREG Genesis
Carson, LLC following approval as to form by the Agency Counsel.

Architects, for a not-to-exceed amount of $60,000.00.

the Agency Chairman to execute the consultant agreement with Perkowitz &
Ruth Architects following approval as to form by Agency Counsel.
