a 4% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) effective June 30, 2007, for the City
Clerk and City Treasurer in parity with all city employees.

CITY'S PART-TIME, UNCLASSIFIED, UNREPRESENTED, HOURLY CLASSIFICATIONS AND TO
INCREASE THE SALARY RANGES OF THE PART-TIME, UNCLASSIFIED, UNREPRESENTED,
HOURLY CLASSIFICATIONS BY 4% AS A COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT (COLA) EFFECTIVE
AUGUST 4, 2007."
