for the Redevelopment Agency:

1. A closed session will be held, pursuant
to Government Code 54956.9(a), to confer with legal counsel regarding
pending litigation to which the City is a party. The title of such litigation is as
follows: Cerritos et al. v. State of
California et al., Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 34-2011-80000952.

RECOMMENDATION for the Redevelopment Agency:
1. A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8, to enable the Agency Board to consider negotiations with Ken Phillips, Car Pros Automotive Group, with whom Agency is negotiating, and to give direction to its negotiators David Biggs and Clifford W. Graves regarding that certain real property 22020 Recreation Road.. The Agency’s real property negotiators will seek direction from the Agency Board regarding the conditions, price and terms of payment for the property.
