The Sepulveda Mixed-Use Project proposes a development with 65 senior residential apartment units and 3,000 square feet of commercial space on a 1.22-acre site located to the southwest of East Sepulveda Boulevard and Panama Avenue and 200 feet east of the East Sepulveda Boulevard and Marbella Avenue intersection. The proposed senior housing units would consist of 58 one-bedroom units, and 7 two-bedroom units. The commercial retail uses would encompass approximately 3,000 square feet and the parking garage would include 67 parking spaces. The project would also feature approximately 15,150 square feet of common areas that would include a community space (a community room, community gardens, outdoor seating, and theater area), podium gardens, and park area, and approximately 5,590 square feet of private open space.
