Matching grants is available to qualified applicants.  The City shall provide the applicant with $1.00 in grant funds for every $1.00 of personal funds that the applicant contributes towards the rehabilitation of the building.  The maximum matching grant amount that will be awarded per applicant is $25,000.  In the event the property/business owner does not have personal funds to contribute towards the rehabilitation, the applicant can borrow such funds through the loan portion of the program.  A description of the loan program is listed here.
