Neighborhood Pride Program

Dear Applicant:
 

Thank you for your interest in the City of Carson’s Neighborhood Pride Program. Enclosed, please find the Neighborhood Pride Program application and information you requested. In order to verify your eligibility for participation, copies of the documents listed below must be submitted along with your completed application to the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department.

 

Please be sure to provide your own copies, we assume no responsibility for any originals sent:

Signed 2006 Federal and State Income Tax return. Please include all supporting W-2’s, etc. (for all members of household). What you sent to the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board is what is requested.

If self-employed, please provide your Federal and State Income Tax Returns for the last two (2) years including a six (6) month financial statement and proof of monthly business draw.

Current checking and savings account statements.

Three most current paycheck stubs (for all members of the household).

Documentation of income from any other source including Social Security, pension, disability, unemployment, AFDC, etc. (for all members of the household).

Mortgage statement(s) showing the current balance and monthly payment.

Grant deed or Quit Claim Deed. Mobile Homes: please provide current registration. New Home Purchase: please provide appraisal and note.

Current property tax statement.

Current homeowner’s insurance statement/certificate.

In addition to submitting the documents listed above, the application and any enclosed forms must be completed, signed, dated and returned to this office.

NOTE: THE NEIGHBORHOOD PRIDE PROGRAM IS TO BE USED ONE-TIME ONLY. IF YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED
