To maximize employment of the Carson labor force and enhance the distribution of economic opportunity for the community.
 
SERVICES PROVIDED:
 

Year-round Program for Carson Residents (ages 18 and over)

  • Employment counseling

  • Referrals to supportive services

  • Entry-level to professional placement, full-time and part-time

  • Job development

  • Current government job listings

Year-round Program for Carson Businesses

  • All services are free to Employers and Applicants

  • The Carson Career Center can save you $50-$2,500 in recruitment and advertising costs

  • We accept all permanent & temporary job placements, full-time or part-time

  • Job development & placement

  • Pre-screening and pre-qualifying of all applicants

  • Pool of Job-ready applicants (ages 18 and over)

Youth Program (ages 16-18)

  • Bridge to Work Youth Employment and Exploration Program, ages 18-21

  • Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), ages 16-18
