Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule

On January 18, 2012 the Carson Redevelopment Agency Board adopted the Amended Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (Amended EOPS).

Adopted Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule

Community Redevelopment Law (CRL), Health and Safety Code Section 34169, requires that by August 27, 2011, all redevelopment agencies must adopt an Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) listing all of its obligations that are enforceable according to Health and Safety Code Section 34167(d). In addition, CRL requires that all redevelopment agencies submit an authorizing resolution adopting its EOPS and the accompanying EOPS to the State Department of Finance, the State Controller’s Office and County Auditor-Controller no later than August 27, 2011.

On August 25, 2011, the Carson Redevelopment Agency adopted its EOPS, as determined by Health and Safety Code Section 34167 and 34169.

Please be aware that this is only a record of affordable housing that has been assisted with Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds; it is not a listing of currently available housing. This database is updated once annually.
