The Landscape/Buildings Maintenance Division is under the direction of Mr. Edward F. Escamilla, Landscape/Buildings Maintenance Superintendent, and he manages five major sections. Mr. Escamilla’s administrative staff includes 9 full-time employees – 3 clerical, 5 supervisors, and an Administrative Specialist. He also supervisors the HVAC Technician. The division has 77 full-time and 38 part-time employees.

Mr. Edward Escamilla has worked for the City of Carson since July 2004.  Prior to coming to Carson, Mr. Escamilla worked in other municipal organizations, private industry and was self-employed.  Mr. Escamilla has over 30 years of landscape and buildings maintenance experience.
