When It Comes To Workouts And Diets, Ignore Quick Fixes

1.Temptation can be harsh. It often leads us to look for shortcuts and/or "quick fixes", and we are then "tempted" to spend unnecessary amounts of money on solutions that do not / cannot work! Shortcuts in the fitness world usually mean miracle programs, such as:

„X 10 minute abs

„X Muscle in only 30 minutes a week

„X Lose weight by eating all you want

„X 3 minute butt blaster

…and other too good to be true claims.

Avoid programs that sound too good to be true; THEY ARE! There are no shortcuts in the gym or at the dinner table. Instead of looking for a quick fix, look for a new lifestyle you can adopt.

Futsal League- Sundays

Sunday Afternoons is Futsal time.  For those that are not familiar with Futsal, it’s an indoor soccer game played on a basketball size court and on various surfaces.  Shoes are indoor tennis shoes with a standard soccer ball.  The game does not require the use of expensive dashboard walls, as do other versions for indoor soccer.  Without the walls, Futsal is a great skill-developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pin-pointing passing.  It is an exciting game for children as well as adults.

If you are interested in the league, please sign up with our front desk staff and our team will contact you when open clinics begin.  Get ready for FUTSAL!
