Councilman Williams to Host Another Dialogue with Citizens
City of Carson Councilmember Harold C. Williams will be hosting another
session of one-on-one dialogue with the citizens of Carson on April 21 at
Carson City Hall.
The open-door session, aptly called “Let’s Talk” aims to provide Carson
residents an opportunity to share their input on various issues that affect
them in the community. The session is scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m. in the City
Manager’s Conference Room. “Let’s Talk” is open to the public and no
appointment is necessary.
Williams believes that communication between elected officials and their
constituents is a key to establishing a successful local government and a
dynamic city.
Williams also sees the session as an opportunity to update the community with
new actions taken by the City Council and new developments expected around the
city. The upcoming forum is second in a series of four sessions planned for
the year. He also conducted four sessions in 2006.
