This includes overseeing benefits and wellness, recruitment and retention of employees, professional development, labor relations and managing the performance management process. Ms. Williams also oversees the review and implementation of policies for the City. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Woman's University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law. She is an accomplished and forward-thinking leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience implementing and impacting various areas in human resources in the private and public sectors.
