a single motion to ADOPT the recommended action is in order.
RECOMMENDATION
for the Redevelopment Agency:
TAKE
the following actions:
1.
APPROVE
Modification to Design Overlay Review No. 743-01 by adding Condition No. 55(A)
and 55(B) to Exhibit "B" of Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 01-49
as follows:

"55(A). Signs shall meet all
conditions approved under Variance No. 461-04.
3.
55(B). Future modifications to this permit
shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission. In the event that the building(s) and
structure(s) on the property are demolished for a new development, or the use
of the property significantly changes or ceases for more than one year, the
procedures set forth in Section 9172.23 of the Municipal Code and those
required by the Redevelopment Agency shall abide."

APPROVE

NO. 751-01 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL SIGNAGE IN EXCESS OF THE TOTAL
ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1933 E. 223RD STREET AND
22222 S. WILMINGTON AVENUE."

the attached list of consultants.

RECOMMENDATION

TAKE

APPROVE
an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the Acevedo Group for the disposition
of a portion of property located at 616 E. Carson St., Carson, California.
2.
AUTHORIZE the Executive Director to execute the
Exclusive Negotiating Agreement after approval as to form by Agency Counsel.
ACTION:

This is the appropriate time for members of the general public to
address those matters under the jurisdiction of the Agency/Council, and not on
