2. Approval of Minutes

a. Minutes from June 6, 2002

Ø Motioned by Committee Member Diane Thomas, and seconded by Committee Member Sal Duarte, the minutes for the above meeting were approved unanimously.

Ø Comment cards were submitted by the public to the Chair and the public commented on the Proposed Redevelopment Project Area and the Redevelopment Process. All public comments were recorded by staff and will be part of the official record for Proposed Project Area 4.

Ø Motion to approve the Redevelopment Plan made by Committee member Diane Thomas and seconded by Committee member Neva Rogers. Vote results were as follows: 11 affirmatives, 0 nays, 2 abstentions, and 2 absences.
