BIOGRAPHY
Faye Moseley has over 30 years of experience in managing all aspects of human resources, training and developing employees, information technology and customer service. As the Deputy Executive Director of Human Resources for Access Services, she was the lead of human resources for the L.A. County paratransit agency. In this role, she was responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organization development, succession planning and training.

Ms. Moseley was the top Human Resource Executive for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which has over 800 locations in 23 countries. She earned her B.S. in Business Management and MBA from the University of Phoenix and holds certifications from DePaul University and UCLA's Anderson School of Business in organization and human resources development. She is the Founder, Board Chair & President of FLAIR (Fashion Legacy Association for Industry Recognition), a 501c3 focused on providing mentoring and scholarships to students pursuing careers in the fashion & design arena. She serves on the Board of Directors for National Sales Network-L.A. Chapter where they earned 2014 Chapter of the Year recognition. As a former Board Member/Board Governance Chair for Project Angel Food, she co-chaired an annual Angel Awards event raising over $750,000.

As the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management, Ms. Moseley is charged with coordinating, directing, and administering worker's compensation and liability claims, recommending coverages and purchase of insurance, and directing safety and training programs for the City of Carson.
The Human Resources and Risk Management Department is responsible for the management of people to support each department within the City of Carson. The department accomplishes this objective through recruiting exceptional talent to maintain and enhance the services the City of Carson provides to its community. Additionally, the department limits the City's risk thereby maximizing available dollars to support programs for the residents of the community, infrastructure and maintenance and community development within the City of Carson.
