Fit Happens Testimonials:
"The one thing I enjoy the most is the camaraderie and accountability the group provides! We all show up knowing we are going to be put to the test of our physical limits, laughing and grunting together makes it DO-able. Let's face it...working out alone never works! The group pushes me to finish every exercise at 100% or better!
It makes me feel strong and confident. Fit Happens gives me control over my body and how it is shaped. Without FH I am a flabby momma. With FH, I am cut, feel my abs flatten and my arms fit tight and not giggly. Thinking of myself as strong and capable helps me to have confidence at home and at work too!
FH is the one of main things that gets me up out of my work chair ( I work from home and sit over 12+ hours a day) and get moving! It keeps me motivated since I look forward to every class. I can't wait to see how I feel the next day and it helps me mentality to work out the stress of the day and stretch out the stagnant muscles that have sat still so long.
ALL IN ALL--I love FH..it is the bright spot in my week!"

"Fit happens has inspired me to want fitness to be part of my everyday life. Everyone knows that you are more likely to keep up with workouts if you are enjoying what you’re doing, and I can honestly say that Fit Happens is the most fun I’ve had while working hard and pushing my body. The instruction is professional, the energy is great, the workout is legit, and the company is the highest of quality.
If you decide to make Fit Happen in your life, you will not be disappointed. "
