The Project will also include 10,000 square feet of restaurant uses and 111,581 square feet of publicly accessible, but privately maintained open space (including a 22,859 square foot park). The Imperial Avalon Specific Plan will guide development through enforceable development standards, design guidelines and implementation measures.
