The proposed project includes interior renovations and upgrades but does not include any expansion of the existing warehouse facility or loading dock, or any changes to the building exterior. The proposed project also includes the installation of a redundant line, which was installed to provide a secondary water service line to the proposed project site in the event of an emergency and the main service line became inoperable.
