The Landscape and Building Maintenance Division is the maintenance arm of the Public Works Department and is responsible for management and improvements of City infrastructure. It delivers services by three maintenance sections: Facility Maintenance, Landscape and Park Maintenance, and Tree Maintenance. These sections provide a wide variety of maintenance services throughout the City utilizing a finely tuned balance of City staff and contracted services.
