How to Apply

The City of Carson is pleased to offer our residents, businesses, and visitors a one-stop online permit center - Carson Civic Access Portal. The new system went live on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 so applications, permits, plans and related material can be submitted online to the City's Planning Division, Building and Safety, and Engineering Services.

The Carson Civic Access Portal is accessible from any device and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our new online permit system will greatly improve how you apply for and manage permits.
