"The one thing I enjoy the most is the camaraderie and accountability the group provides! We all show up knowing we are going to be put to the test of our physical limits, laughing and grunting together makes it DO-able. Let's face it...working out alone never works! The group pushes me to finish every exercise at 100% or better!
It makes me feel strong and confident. Fit Happens gives me control over my body and how it is shaped. Without FH I am a flabby momma. Special Interest Fitness Card

This one card gives you access to our fitness class. Simply purchase a punch card for 6, 12, or 20 classes and use it for FIT HAPPENS (45-minute circuit).
6 classes: $36, 12 classes: $60, or 20 classes: $90. That's as little as $4.50 per class! Fitness cards are available for purchase at the Carson Community Center.

Start Smart Soccer
Location: Calas Park
This introductory class teaches children the fundamentals of soccer in a non-competitive environment. No experience necessary.
Parent participation is required.
