General Pop. Dial-A-Ride Share Print For Carson Residents - The City is offering 50% off taxi rides to ALL Carson residents. Rides must Start AND End in Carson (cannot travel outside City limits.) There is no need to apply or register for this new service. The service is provided by taxi cabs and lift-equipped minivans. Residents can order a taxi cab by calling (888) 711-8294 Must show proof of Carson residency PAYMENT When your driver shows up, please show them your CA ID card or Driver's License to verify your Carson residency. Cash or credit/debit card payments will be taken by the driver at the end of your ride. TRAVEL OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS To travel outside City limits to one of the 17 satellite locations (See Dial-A-Ride map,) the City is temporarily allowing applications for its traditional Dial-A-Ride program to all Carson residents who may not meet the age and/or disability requirements.
