RAPID RESPONSE PROGRAM
The Carson Career Center has services that can be designed to meet your business needs. We can provide assistance if you are
downsizing or relocating your business through the Rapid Response Program. At no charge to the employer, the Carson Career Center, the
South Bay Workforce Investment Board, (SBWIB) Rapid Response team provides information and referrals to employees on unemployment and
medical insurance, job search services and community resources. In some instances, Rapid Response may be able to help avert layoffs and business closures.

We offer resources for organizational and leadership training to help you retain and develop your staff, establish a mentoring
program or explore opportunities for community partnerships and collaboration.
