Honorable Lula Davis-Holmes is being sworn in by Los Angeles County Board Supervisor Janice Hahn of the fourth district along with Tony Thurmond, California State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The Honorable Dr. Jawane Hilton is being sworn in by Los Angeles County Board Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell of the second district. Honorable Cedric L. Hicks Sr. is being sworn in by Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal of the 69th district. There are special performances in celebration of this momentous occasion.
