Qualified organizations desiring to obtain a license to conduct bingo games must first review Section 6700 of the Carson Municipal Code requirements for eligibility.
You may request required forms by emailing the Revenue Divsion staff at
reveune@carsonca.gov. All forms must be completed in its entirety and submitted with copies of the following:
- License fee of $50.00
- Evidence that you own, lease or have been granted permission to use the facility where bingo games will be played.
- Copy of Tax Exempt Determination from California State Franchise Tax Board.
- Copies of Form 990 for prior 3 years.
