Substances and Hazardous Materials (as such terms are defined in the ordinance) in the City's Industrial Zones.
All existing businesses handling or storing CalARP Regulated Substances and/or Hazardous Materials (Materials) are required to complete the online Director Permit application to comply with the City requirements.
Completing this application with all required information will result in the City's issuance of the permit for your business provided it was lawfully established as a permitted use.
The application requests information on the type and quantity of Materials handled or stored on the property and provides the City inspection rights of these Materials.
Please Do Not Ignore This Request.
If your business
does not use or generate any hazardous materials, due to the serious nature of hazardous materials, the City requests that you
complete the application by filling out sections (1, 3 and 4), so that we can obtain emergency contact information for emergency services database and to remove your business as a hazardous materials user or generator. There is no fee for submittal of application to simply register as a non-hazardous materials user or generator.
The fee for application and / or permit issuance is
