These are Below Market Rate units that must be sold to a Moderate Income Buyer per the Health and Safety Code Section 50052.5 "Affordable Housing Cost"
All buyers must adhere to the income requirements and sign a new Homeowner’s Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
