The Community Development Department manages the City of Carson, Carson Housing Authority, and Carson Successor Agency real property portfolio, which includes selling or leasing excess real properties not needed for a public purpose, and preparing agreements for temporary uses.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 21-010, the City of Carson is selling an approximately 3.5 acre property located at 2403 E. 223rd Street (APN: 7315-012-900, 7315-012-804), Carson CA. Interested parties may now send a written proposal to James Nguyen, Project Manager, via email realpropertycarson@carsonca.gov. Only written proposals submitted by June 9, 2021 will be accepted.
